The Basic tier is available to all users immediately after registration. Included features:

Payment methods

Hyperbolic processes payments through Stripe, supporting:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank transfers (for enterprise accounts)

Invoices

If you require an invoice for compute credits you’ve purchased, email [email protected] with your invoicing details including:

• Company name and address
• Tax ID (if applicable)
• Purchase amount and date
• Any specific invoice requirements

Auto top-ups

Auto top-ups automatically maintain your account balance by adding funds when it falls below a threshold you set. This prevents service interruptions due to insufficient funds.

To modify your settings:

1. Navigate to Billing > Auto Top-ups
2. Update your threshold, top-up amount, or payment method
3. Click Save to apply changes

To disable auto top-ups:

1. Navigate to Billing > Auto Top-ups
2. Toggle the Enable Auto Top-ups checkbox off
3. Click Save

When auto top-ups is enabled, you’ll receive email notifications for:

• Successful setup of automatic top-ups
• Deletion of automatic top-ups
• Successful auto top-up payments
• Failed payment attempts
• Changes to your auto top-ups configuration

Is there a minimum or maximum threshold I can set?The minimum threshold is $30. You can set any value above this that works for your usage patterns. We recommend setting it high enough to cover your typical usage between top-ups.How frequently can top-ups occur?Top-ups are processed hourly. Once your balance falls below the threshold, the system checks hourly and processes a top-up when needed.Will I be charged any fees for using auto top-ups?No, there are no additional fees for using the auto top-ups feature.Can I use multiple payment methods for auto top-ups?Currently, you can select only one preferred payment method for auto top-ups.Will auto top-ups work if I have active instances but insufficient balance?Yes, the system will automatically add funds based on your configuration, helping to prevent instance termination due to insufficient balance.

1. Complete registration with phone number verification
2. Make a minimum purchase of $5 within 14 days of signing up
3. Credits are automatically applied after completing these steps
