Getting Started with Hyperbolic

Get up and running with Hyperbolic’s AI infrastructure platform in just a few minutes. This guide will help you set up your account and choose the right service for your needs.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign Up

Visit app.hyperbolic.ai and sign up using:
  • Email address
  • Google account
  • GitHub account (coming soon)

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account.

Complete Your Profile

Add your organization details and preferred payment method.

Step 2: Add Credits to Your Account

Payment Methods

Add funds instantly using Stripe:
  1. Navigate to Billing → Add Credits
  2. Enter the amount (minimum $10)
  3. Complete payment via Stripe
Pro tip: Enable auto-topup to never run out of credits during critical workloads.

Step 4: Add Billing Information

To use Hyperbolic services, you’ll need to add a payment method and load credits into your account.

Navigate to Billing

From your dashboard, click on Billing in the left sidebar menu.

Add Payment Method

Click Add Funds and enter your credit card details through our secure Stripe integration.
Your payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe. Hyperbolic never stores your raw credit card details.

Verify Payment Method

Complete any verification steps required by your bank (such as 3D Secure authentication).

Step 5: Make Your First Deposit

Once your payment method is added, you can load credits to start using Hyperbolic services.

Choose Deposit Amount

Navigate to Billing → Add Credits and enter your desired amount.
  • Minimum deposit: $10
  • Recommended starting amount: $50-100 for testing
  • Enterprise customers: Contact sales for invoice-based billing

Complete Transaction

Click Pay Now and confirm the payment. Credits appear instantly in your account.

Enable Auto-Topup (Optional)

Set up automatic reloading to ensure uninterrupted service:
  1. Go to Billing → Auto-Topup Settings
  2. Set your minimum balance threshold (e.g., $20)
  3. Choose auto-reload amount (e.g., $50)
  4. Save your preferences
Auto-topup prevents service interruptions during critical workloads and long-running training jobs.

Credit Usage

Your credits are used across all Hyperbolic services:
  • GPU Rentals: Charged per hour of usage
  • Inference API: Charged per request/token
  • Reserved Clusters: Pre-paid commitments with discounted rates
Check your current balance anytime in the top right of the dashboard.
